Before you Order

Where the making begins

  • All Cadera pieces are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed.

  • Each piece is made by hand — minor variations are part of the process and are not considered defects.

  • Manufacturing & quality control take up to 2 weeks, with an estimated total delivery time of 4–6 weeks, depending on location.

  • Orders are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours only. After this, production has started and cancellations are no longer possible.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for intact items.

  • Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of manufacturing fault or transit damage, reported within 72 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be issued once the returned object has been received and inspected

  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included.
     EU orders are duty-free. Non-EU customers are responsible for all import fees.

Ring Size Guide

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger that you want to place the ring.
    Make sure it fits snugly but comfortably—not too tight.

  2. Where the strip overlaps, mark the exact point with a pen or pencil.
    Do not stretch the paper while marking.

  3. Lay the marked strip flat next to a ruler.
    Measure the length from the start to the mark in millimeters (mm).

  4. Your marked size in millimeters is your ring size.
