Returns & Refunds

Every piece I make is cast after your order is placed — by hand, in my Amsterdam studio. Because of this, I'm not able to accept returns on pieces that arrive as intended and correctly made.

What I do guarantee:

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or was damaged in transit, I will make it right. Reach out within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and I'll take it from there personally.

Not sure about sizing? Wondering which material suits your skin tone or lifestyle? Buying as a gift and feeling uncertain? Send me a message before you place your order — I'd rather spend time helping you choose the right piece than have something I made end up in a drawer.

Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Please email info@caderajewelry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Manufacturing Faults – What Is Covered

Manufacturing faults may include:

  • Structural defects directly caused during production

  • Faults present upon arrival that render the piece unwearable

Manufacturing faults do not include:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Surface scratches after use

  • Oxidation changes or tarnishing

  • Bent or distorted pieces due to force

  • Broken chains

  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or accidents

  • Any alteration or repair carried out by a third party


Return Authorization

Returns are only accepted after written approval from Cadera Jewelry.

Unannounced or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be shipped according to the instructions provided


Return Shipping

  • If a manufacturing fault or transit damage is confirmed, return shipping instructions will be provided.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered, as all pieces are made to order.



Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Cadera Jewelry is not responsible and refunds will not be issued.

Cadera Jewelry does not store full credit card information.
